How do I place an order?
To place an order you choose the item that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page where you fill in your personal information as well as pay for the order. Make sure to complete all steps in the payment procedure when paying so that we are able to capture the amount and ship your order.
Was my order successful?
If money has been captured from your account the order has reached us and will be processed. Your order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address that you provided when placing your order. You can also see your order status if you log in to your user account. If you have not received a confirmation, please contact customer service.
Where can I enter my discount code?
Your discount code can be added to your cart which you will find if you click on the cart icon in the upper right corner. The discount will immediately be discounted from the total sum when applying the coupon. Please note that you can only use one discount code per order.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible in order for us to change or cancel your order before it is shipped. You can email us at [email protected]
We currently use Stripe and PayPal to handle all payments. Calister does not handle any credit card numbers.
We always charge in the currency specified on the homepage, it is your bank that convert the payment to your currency.
What do I do if my payment has not been captured?
If you are not able to pay with your debit or credit card, it is usually because your card is issued in another country than the one you are ordering from. Our payment system Stripe automatically blocks these transactions for safety reasons to minimize online fraud. If you are not able to pay with your card we recommend you to try another payment method.

You will receive a tracking number and delivery information when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an incorrect product Calister will cover the cost of your return shipping. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Unfortunately, sometimes, couriers can lose parcels. In this event Calister will ship out a replacement as soon as the courier confirms the parcel cannot be found. As this is a fault of the courier, and not Calister, Calister cannot offer any form of compensation or refunds.
Return your unused item, including all materials such as original paperwork and free gifts, via insured and signed for delivery within 14 days of the date it was delivered. The insurance amount must be equal to the price paid for the item.
We will assess whether the returned goods are in perfect, unused condition, and if so, the refund will be made within 30 days. We will only refund to the same payment card/paypal used to place the original order.
If the goods are not of acceptable condition, we will contact you to arrange to send them back to you. If you do not respond within 14 days, we will just send them back to you.
We cannot accept returns upon clearance sale items, these items are purchased at a clearance price and can not be returned or exchanged.
In short, Calister cannot replace or refund a watch when:
- The watch or jewellery item has been worn
- The tags/factory tape has been removed
- The product has been sized
WARRANTY AND REPAIR
Below is our warranty terms:
l. The manufacturer Calister, 3611 14th Ave, Brooklyn, NY, 11218, USA, declares that all Calister watches are covered by an
international warranty against any manufacturing defect that will be honored by all authorized Calister Service centers.
The Calister warranty is valid for a period of two years from the date of purchase of the watch from an authorized re-seller.
Calister will within 24 months from the date of purchase. repair or replace (at Calister’s option), the movement of this
timepiece free of charge if such movement proves to be defective in material workmanship under normal use. For quartz
watches, the battery is covered by the warranty for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
2. This warranty does not cover the watch case, watch bracelet, straps, crystals or normal wear. This warranty will be void if the watch has been mishandled or used under extraordinary conditions. Unless this watch is labeled as “water resistant” this warranty will also be void if the watch has been submerged in water.
3. This international warranty shall only be valid if the watch has been purchased from an authorized Calister re-seller.
4. This international warranty shall only be valid if the purchase has been registered on the Calister website at
S. This warranty card must be presented together with the watch to an authorized Calister service center or authorized
Calister re-seller for all in-warranty servicing. Any work performed on a Calister watch by an unauthorized person or
entity, shall automatically render this international warranty null and void.
6. Any damage resulting from improper use or mistreatment of the watch is not covered under this warranty.
7. The terms of this international warranty do not in any way restrict or otherwise affect any possible statutory rights to
which the consumer may be entitled by law in the country of purchase.
8. If your watch should require service during the period of warranty, please send it along with a copy of your original bill
of purchase and a check in the amount of $20 to cover the cost of shipping and handling.
